Pure Creatine Monohydrate consists of 100% Creatine Monohydrate powder. Creatine has been proven to increase performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercises*. It has a neutral flavor, therefore you can mix it with other sports drinks like weight gainers and protein shakes. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of creatine.

Consumption and Storage Recommendations: Consumption habits for creatine are differentiated between two periods. The “charging period” is recommended for the first week of usage. During charging your recommended daily usage is calculated as follows: divide your bodyweight in kg by 3 and you are recommended to take as much creatine in grams per day according to this calculation. After that, in the “stand by” period, take a maximum half of that amount for maintenance. Distribute the daily dosage throughout the day, have some before and after your daily workout or in-between meals. Do not take more than 10 g at once. Mix (5 g – scoop filled up to the 8.5 ml scale line) of creatine in approx. 500 ml of fluid, or alternatively you can combine it with your protein or gainer shake.
Best before end (month/year) see on packaging. Do not expose this product to direct sunlight or heat for an extended period. Keep this product closed at a temperature of between 6 and 26 °C. Relative humidity should be below 65%.
