PURE L-GLUTAMINE consists of 100% L-Glutamine powder. Glutamine is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It is known that proteins help to maintain and build muscle. During intensive workouts, Glutamine can become an essential Amino Acid, as the body is unable to produce the required amount under certain conditions. Therefore, with a daily intake of L-Glutamine you can supply this shortage.
We made this product unflavored and free of any additives, so you can combine it with our other products and shakes to design the necessary nutrition package to achieve your objectives.
Consumption and Storage Recommendations: Take one serving (5 g – scoop filled up to the 8.5 ml scale line) powder and mix it with 300 ml water or beverage. Alternatively, you can combine this product with your protein or gainer shake. Use 30–40 minutes before training and shortly after training or before going to bed. On your rest days you can consume this product between meals. Take one or two servings per day.
Best before end (month/year) see on packaging. Do not expose this product to direct sunlight or heat for an extended period. Keep this product closed at a temperature of between 6 and 26 °C. Relative humidity should be below 65%.
