Omega 3 is a food supplement soft gel capsule containing sources of EPA and DHA fatty acids. These "good" fatty acids contribute to the normal function of the heart (DHA and EPA)". 

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. * These health claims are approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the European Commission (EC).  Consumption and Storage Recommendations: Consume 1 capsule two times a day with food. Best before end (month/year) see on packaging. Do not ex-pose this product to direct sunlight or heat for an extended period. Keep this product closed at a temperature of between 6 and 26 °C. Relative humidity should be below 65c/o.  Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. This product is not a food substitute or replacement. Use this product to supple-ment a balanced diet. Use no more than the recommended dosage.
