100% Hydro Whey is a double chocolate-flavored protein drink powder with sweeteners. This product is made of an extremely refined whey protein source. Consumption and Storage Recommendations: Add one serving (25 g —3/4 scoop) to 200 ml water or low-fat milk. Take two servings on workout days. Take one serving after training and one additional serving between meals.
